By using the PayForCustomer website or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

PayForCustomer provides AI-assisted handling of incoming customer conversations, including qualification, scoring and handover to your team.

You may use the service for lawful business purposes only, and in line with the rules of any messaging platform you connect to it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the content of conversations with your customers, and for obtaining any consents required to message them.

You are responsible for keeping any access credentials secure and for activity that takes place through your account.

Parts of the service use AI to generate replies. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. You should review important conversations and decisions.

The service may connect to third-party platforms and tools. Their own terms apply to your use of them.

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or issues outside our control may cause downtime.

The website, product and related materials remain our property. You keep ownership of your own business and customer data.

Where fees apply, they will be agreed with you in writing before the service starts.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

You agree to cover claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these terms.

Either party may end use of the service. We may suspend access where the service is being misused.

We may add, change or remove features as the product develops.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

The governing law and jurisdiction will be as agreed in writing between you and PayForCustomer.
